• Before your first message, the chatbot may ask for your phone number to enable follow-up from our counseling team.
• Your conversation with the chatbot, including any score, rank, category, or state you share, is stored so our team can review it and follow up with relevant guidance.
• Our chatbot is powered by a third-party AI service provider (technical infrastructure hosted via omnihosting.top). Messages you send to the chatbot are processed by this provider to generate responses.
• The chatbot provides advisory, data-informed predictions only — not official results or guarantees. Always verify counseling information against official MCC or state counseling authority sources.
