Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 3 August 2026
1. Introduction
NEET Counselling Centre ("we," "us," "our") operates the website neetcounsellingcentre.com and its AI counseling assistant. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website, forms, and chatbot, why we collect it, how it is used and protected, and the choices you have regarding it.
By using our website or submitting your information through any form on this site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit your information to us.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
a) Information you provide directly
- Full name
- WhatsApp / phone number
- Email address (where provided)
- NEET score or All India Rank (AIR)
- Category (UR / OBC / SC / ST / EWS)
- Domicile state and preferred quota (AIQ, State, Deemed, Management/NRI)
- Any additional details you choose to share when booking a call, filling a form, or messaging us on WhatsApp or through our chatbot
b) Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, and device information
- Pages visited, time spent on site, and referring page (via standard analytics)
- Approximate location derived from IP address (not precise GPS location)
3. Our AI Counseling Assistant
Our website includes an AI-powered chatbot ("NEET Counsel Bot") that answers questions about counseling eligibility, quota rules, domicile requirements, and related topics, and can generate an indicative college prediction based on the score, category, and state you provide.
- Before your first message, the chatbot may ask for your phone number to enable follow-up from our counseling team.
- Your conversation with the chatbot, including any score, rank, category, or state you share, is stored so our team can review it and follow up with relevant guidance.
- Our chatbot is powered by a third-party AI service provider (technical infrastructure hosted via omnihosting.top). Messages you send to the chatbot are processed by this provider to generate responses.
- The chatbot provides advisory, data-informed predictions only — not official results or guarantees. Always verify counseling information against official MCC or state counseling authority sources.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the counseling guidance you request
- Contact you via phone, WhatsApp, or email regarding your counseling process
- Generate college predictions and eligibility guidance through our chatbot
- Improve our website, services, and chatbot accuracy over time
- Send you relevant updates about counseling schedules, deadlines, or notifications you may find useful (you can opt out at any time)
- Maintain internal records for quality and training purposes
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or unrelated third parties.
